One of the fundamental tenants of R.E.P.A.Y. is that there has been, and continues to be, a moral decline in American society from generation to generation. R.E.P.A.Y believes that the following eight observations reflect some of the issues associated with this moral decline and justify the organization’s mission. These observations are as follows:

1. The deterioration of ethics in a society negatively affects the quality of life for all of its members.

2. A large amount of the decline in values comes through successive youth cultures that usher in new value systems.

3. The rejection of the former value system by each passing youth population is viewed as their means to achieve more individual and personal enjoyment.

4. This moral decline either ignores or distorts the teaching of Christ to facilitate this pursuit of personal enjoyment.

5. This moral decline is intentionally orchestrated by Satan through his tempting of the flesh and his clever ability to advance ungodly worldly intelligence.

6. Only the preaching of the Gospel of Christ and adherence to Christ's teaching has the power to permeate the soul of man and overcome this deliberate attack of Satan.

7. While Satan’s attack is through the frailty of man's mortal flesh, God’s approach is to cause mankind to focus upon their immortal soul and His gift of salvation through Christ.

8. There is an obvious and intrinsic need to point each youth in every generation to this approach and focus of God.

R.E.P.A.Y.  therefore believes that its existence and its approach is valuable and viable.
